Location was excellent for all main sights of Right Bank; walkable to Montmartre, Opera Garnier and Palais Royal and good metro links for Camps Elysées and Trocadero ( for Eiffel Tower). The continental breakfast was satisfactory with a selection of cereal, bread, preserves, cold meats etc and good coffee machine. Our family room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean. All of the staff on reception were extremely helpful and informative. Generally , the ambiance in the area was nice with a good choice of bars and places to eat.

I recently stayed at BW htl Opera Drouot, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The receptionists were excellent—always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with any queries or requests. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was well-appointed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy. The location of the hotel is superb. It’s situated in a convenient area with easy access to major attractions, public transportation, and dining options.

The staff was very friendly and helped me managing a cancelled booking, city taxes and staying in the same room for my two bookings. The room was on the small size, but well thought out. Also, the safe was big enough to house my laptop which was a big plus.

The room was super comfy. Next time I'll hang the "Do not disturb" sign outside before I head to bed, which will prevent the cleaning staff from waking me to enquire if they could clean the room. My bad. Lesson learned. ;-) I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. The location and the friendly staff are definitely a plus.

First off the Staff Mrs. Jade and Mrs. Karima were FANTASTIC! They were easy to speak with, had answers to all our questions, and very helpful. The room sizes are what you would expect in Paris (small) and if you are looking for a place to be able to sleep and clean up this is a good place. Our plan was to get out early and come back late which is exactly what we did. The overall facility is clean and taken care of. I would recommend this hotel as its location to many tourist places is good.

Very nice, small hotel. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast for 12 Euro was OK and worth its price. However, every three days the menu should be a bit changed, otherwise it gets monotonous. The hotel is located central, so do not have to use undeground to reach all interesting places in Paris (if you like walking like my family!!!!). Generally, I recommend the hotel, if you want to stay 3-4 nights in Paris.

The room was clean and the staff were super friendly. When I checked in, the manager, Jade, welcomed me very warmly and provided me with great sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. Everything was walking distance from the hotel. I also received a room with a view of the Sacre Coeur. I really enjoyed my stay, and would love to come again :)
